The candidate will have to undertake regular domestic and international travels 

The candidate will have an opportunity to carry out research in the area of Thermal Engineering.(70% thermal consultancy and 30 % research)

The candidate should have 6 to 8 years industrial experience. 

Fresh masters students with exceptional track record is also eligible for this post 

Initially the candidate will be based  in Bangalore. This condition may be relaxed.

The candidate needs to have a bachelor or master degree in thermal engineering. PhD in thermal engineering is an added advantage.     

 - 3-5 years experience with PCB Layout interactive and automated placement and routing practices using experience gained from design for manufacturing and testing.

- Digital, analog or mixed signal design layout knowledge 

- Understand technical concepts for PCB design layout of ECU and thru-hole components on multiplayer (> 3 Layer) boards 

- Excellent computer skills(PC, Unix, Microsoft applications) 

- Strong foundation in basic circuit theory(AC/DC), packaging concepts, and fabrication. 

- Exp of using CADENCE ALLEGRO

Desired Candidate Experience

Working experience in software deployment environment with strong technical and customer facing skills.

Minimum 3 years programming experience, preferably in UNIX (vi, shell scripting, awk, perl), Java (XML, I/O, file management, data mediation), Oracle/Informix/RDBMS (SQL, schema design, optimisation).
	
Experienced professional with a full understanding of various 2G and 3G wireless and/or wireline technologies, applications and infrastructure (such as GSM/GRPS/EDGE, UMTS, CDMA IS95, CDMA2000, WLAN, WiMax, SMS, MMS, IMS, IPTV and multimedia content delivery).
	
Candidates with strong technical skills and project management experience will be 	considered for senior roles, which in addition requires excellent negotiation and presentation skills, ability to follow-through and escalate internally.
