Key Responsibilities:

* Is an integral part of both the Unit HR leadership team and Diversity and Workforce Programs organization. 
•  Acts as the single point of contact for Business Unit HR/line leaders 
•  Develop the business unit workforce strategy and team with Finance on the resource planning process.
