Understanding the Requirement
  • Study the requirement from Client/Candidate’s perspective
  • Understand the Skills thoroughly from keywords, Skills, Target projects, Tools or products used
  • Visit the company website and understand the possible related information that could attract the job seekers
  • Make employers to furnish essential information to attract the passive job seekers
  • If necessary, talk to the technical team from the clients company and understand the essential consideration
Sourcing/Mapping:
  • Once understanding the Client & the requirement is done, the Next process will be of sourcing the resumes from our DB/Mapping Works/ Industry Relations/ Alumni networks etc.
  • We employ various innovative Mapping skills to identify the Industry related/ skills related/ target company related information to identify the potential candidates
  • We also employ various in house Recruitment tools to do research activities in order to do relevant search assignments.
  • At the End of Mapping, We develop a Sourcing Strategy and presented to the client as a comprehensive list of talent pool we may intend to approach.
Client Engagement
  • Once understanding the Client & the requirement is done, the Next process will be of sourcing the resumes from our DB/Mapping Works/ Industry Relations/ Alumni networks etc.
  • If Required, We take a route of meeting Technical interface in addition to HR interface to know the business unit requirement from the client
Evaluating

Compare the metrics prepared for the Specific Job

Candidates with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client organisation. In addition to recruiter’s interview with the candidate, we selectively use our assessment tools which is designed to rate the proposed candidate against the Clients mandatory rating

Facilitating the Hiring Process:

  • Co-ordinate Schedule/Re-Schedule/Re-Re-Schedule/ Re-Re-Re Schedules!!
  • Making sure to Check the References if required by the client
  • Making the commutation & essential parameters to make sure that the candidates accepts the offer and inclined towards on Boarding

Post joining follow- ups with the client and candidate ensuring smooth transition
